Time for Para: Our Team Created a Brand for a Bathhouse Complex.

Brief

The founders of the Para bathhouse complex approached Fabula Branding at the stage of defining the future format. The project already had a foundation, but it needed to be transformed into a coherent, expressive, and recognizable brand — a space for proper relaxation, socializing, and warm gatherings.

The clients envisioned the complex as a customer-oriented place with thoughtful service, a well-curated menu, and an atmosphere where the bathhouse experience becomes a pleasant ritual. It is a place to restore the body, spend time with loved ones, meet friends, or host an event. Fabula Branding’s task was to communicate this idea through the name, messaging, and visual brand system.

Fabula Branding created the Belarusian name Para — short, beautiful, warm, and multilayered. It brings together several meanings that are important for the future brand.

Naming

The first layer is steam: warm moisture that fills the bathhouse and brings relaxation to both body and mind. The second is a reference to a couple — the family pair who created the complex and now warmly invite guests to come in pairs. The third meaning is revealed through the sound of “Pora!” — “It’s time!” — as a gentle invitation to pause, relax, and finally make time for yourself.

The name turned out to be easy to remember, emotionally resonant, and flexible enough to work across the visual identity, communication, and the atmosphere of the space itself.

The slogan “In the Flow of Warmth” (“У плыні цеплыні“) was developed for the brand. Built on soft assonance, rhyme, and a flowing rhythm, it sounds natural and atmospheric.

Slogan and Communication

 It carries a sense of movement, warmth, and relaxation — the very state a bathhouse ritual is meant to create. Fabula Branding also laid the foundation for the brand’s communication by developing universal phrases that can be used in navigation, social media, service messages, and advertising materials. At the heart of this communication is an invitation into a state of being: to slow down, warm up, be together, and feel care and warmth.

Identity

In the visual system, Fabula Branding focused on naturalness. For Para, it was important to avoid an identity that felt rigid, cold, or overly decorative. The brand needed to look soft, natural, and tactile — like a continuation of the bathhouse environment itself.

The logo is built on flexible, nature-inspired lines. Its graphics are delicate and fluid, with no sharp angles or unnecessary complexity. 

The letters r and a intertwine, forming the image of a tree branch. This element supports the idea of a living, natural space where care is expressed through details.

The brand palette also works to create a sense of calm and naturalness. A restrained green conveys a connection with nature, while warm beige adds softness, comfort, and bodily warmth. Together, they form a visual image of a brand that feels trustworthy from the very first contact.

The brand received a soft, memorable image that reflects the idea of the bathhouse complex as a place for relaxation, meetings, warm communication, and thoughtful service.

Result

Fabula Branding created a complete brand foundation for Para: a multilayered name, an atmospheric slogan, a basis for verbal communication, and a nature-inspired visual identity.
