MAXIOMA
One of the company’s key products is Business-Info, a legal and analytical platform for accountants, lawyers, HR professionals, and other specialists, bringing together legislation, expert content, practical tools, and a professional community.
Over time, the business expanded far beyond a single product. Alongside Business-Info, several independent solutions emerged: StatusPro for counterparty verification, the EDIdoc electronic document management system, the PoDelu analytical business media platform, and others. Each service addressed its own set of needs and developed under a separate name.
Yet this transformation had not been reflected at the brand level.
Fabula Branding was tasked with creating a strong masterbrand capable of bringing different products together into a unified system, providing them with a shared strategic and visual platform while preserving the independence of each individual solution.
- conduct market, competitor, and target audience research;
- define the role of the masterbrand within the new product architecture;
- develop brand positioning;
- create a new name;
- design the logo and visual identity system;
- unite the products into a coherent brand ecosystem;
- develop a new website.
We began with comprehensive research, analysing the digital B2B services market, the competitive landscape, the target audience, and the company’s existing products, as well as conducting a brand audit.
Business-Info helps users navigate legislation, StatusPro enables businesses to assess counterparties and risks, EDIdoc facilitates electronic document management, while PoDelu provides information and analytics for management decisions. What connects these products is not a specific function, but a broader role: providing businesses with the information and tools they need to make decisions and act with confidence in a constantly changing environment. This idea became the foundation of the new brand.
The positioning of the new brand is “Your Navigator in a World of Change.” Modern businesses operate in an environment of constant transformation: legislation, technology, markets, document management requirements, partners, and decision-making processes are continuously evolving. In such circumstances, knowing what to do next becomes especially valuable.
The brand does not promise to eliminate uncertainty — instead, it provides companies with the tools they need to navigate it and move forward with confidence.
The first evokes scale, maximum potential, and a broad range of possibilities. The second refers to an axiom — a piece of knowledge regarded as a reliable point of reference that requires no further proof.
The structure of the name allows both meanings to be perceived almost simultaneously: MAX- communicates energy and scale, while its similarity to axiom conveys rationality, precision, and confidence. This is particularly relevant for a B2B brand operating in the fields of information, legislation, analytics, and business decision-making. At the same time, MAXIOMA is not tied to any specific product or category. The name provides room for the ecosystem to evolve and for new services to emerge.
It reinforces the concept embedded in the name: MAXIOMA provides knowledge, tools, and solutions that businesses can rely on in an environment of constant change. At the same time, the wording directly connects the brand idea with everyday business needs and strengthens its rational, confident character.
The wordmark uses a confident, contemporary typeface that supports the brand’s technological and business-oriented character. A graphic symbol — a polyhedron — is integrated into its structure and serves as the key visual element of the entire identity system.
The symbol is based on the principle of isometry. It creates a sense of volume and allows an object to be viewed from several sides at once — a metaphor closely aligned with MAXIOMA’s core idea: seeing the bigger picture, considering multiple factors, and identifying possible courses of action.
In the logo, the polyhedron is composed of separate coloured elements. Each can be perceived as an independent part of the system, while together they form a unified whole — just as different services are brought together under the MAXIOMA masterbrand.
The identity scales across digital communications, stationery, and promotional materials while maintaining brand recognition across different formats and touchpoints.
The company’s website became the digital hub of MAXIOMA’s new brand architecture. Its structure is no longer built around a single product but around an entire ecosystem of business solutions. The website brings together the legal platform, counterparty verification service, electronic document management system, business media, professional community, events, and other company tools in one place.
The solutions are designed for executives, accountants, lawyers, HR professionals, procurement specialists, marketers, sales teams, and other participants in business processes.
The website’s visual system extends the brand identity: the vibrant colour palette and signature geometry help structure a large amount of information, distinguish different areas of the ecosystem, and at the same time keep them within a single visual system.
Fabula Branding helped the company move from a collection of independent products to a unified brand ecosystem. The team developed the strategic platform, positioning, MAXIOMA name, visual identity system, and new website, bringing different business areas together into one coherent and scalable brand.
Legal information, counterparty verification, electronic document management, analytics, and other tools are now perceived not as a fragmented collection of services, but as parts of one integrated system.
MAXIOMA has become a brand that reflects the company’s true scale: instead of one product — an entire ecosystem; instead of separate solutions — a single point of support for businesses navigating a world of constant change.
